July Update:

 Dear Friends,

 Wow, the summer is going by so quickly. There is lots of news to share with you all.

The most exciting news is that we have three new boys at the home. Donovin, Trevor, and Brenton came to live with us in this month. They are all brothers and they are all under the age of six. That fills the boys hall up with a total of 7 boys. The girls are outnumbered but they are not intimidated. The girls are very good at helping keep up with the boys.

 We also are pleased to announce that the pool is paid for. We have really enjoyed being able to get in and cool off during some of these hot days. We really want to thank all the churches and especially the Vacation Bible School kids who provided the funds to put the pool in. 

It is pretty busy around here with cutting grass, keeping up with the kids, and doing the household chores. We are hoping to keep the grounds and landscaping looking good this summer. It takes a lot of work to keep up with our 70 acres.

 Logan, Olivia, and Joy will be back in public school this fall. The board has decided that it will be best for all the high school students to go to public school so that they will have a better chance for furthering education after graduation. Wendy will teach the Elementary and Jr. High children at home.
