The Latest from the Lungs

Dear Friends;

It is with a said heart that we say good-bye to David Rhodes. David recently resigned as Public Relations Representative for Open Door Christian Ministries. He has moved to the state of Florida and is working in Water Treatment . We appreciate his years of service and wish him well. 

Wendya and I are trying to take up the slack by making ourselves available to come on Sunday Evenings and weeknights to give a presentation for the home. Leon Williams is also available for Sunday evenings and weeknights. Sunday morning presentations are available with one of the directors representing the home.

Leon Williams has come on to help with some of the maintenance. Leon has worked with the kids in keeping the yard looking nice. He has also done much to help keep the building in repair and get the equipment ready for winter. Leon is continuing to teach the children Physical Education. He is also working with the kids in growing a garden and teaching them rifle and hunter safety.
