Dear Friends,

What a great month! This month was the start of my new job with Public Relations. I really enjoyed visiting with the churches and missions groups. I have a lot of work cut out to do in order to share the vision for ministry with everyone. We had a great visit with the good people at Saints Delight Church of Christ in Roper, Albemarle Church of Christ in Columbia, Mount Pleasant Church of Christ in Greenville, Philippi Church of Christ in Creswell, University Church of Christ in Greenville, and others.

Just to let you know that I am excited about the opportunity to share our ministry with you. I am available for presentations at just about anytime that works into your church schedule. I am able to share with any age group or type of group at your church. I am even willing to come to your social clubs and organizations. I am capable to fill the pulpit as well if you would like me to preach for you. Don't forget us for VBS and Camp also.

We had a wonderful time with the Annual BBQ Appreciation Dinner. There was a big crowd here to share in the homemade BBQ and chicken, potatoes, slaw, and hushpuppies. The music was great: Chris Gibbs, Sandy Spruill and the kids from the home entertained the troops. The food and fellowship was simply marvelous. The weather held off until the last person had left and everything was cleaned up and put away. I hope that you will reserve the last Saturday in September next year for this fantastic time. We would love to see more of you.
